Our base is a dispatch and storage facility rather than a retail showroom, so please arrange any visit or depot collection with us in advance.

What to include

  • The lot or product name you are asking about.
  • Your delivery postcode, so freight and vehicle access can be checked.
  • Whether you have a forklift or dock, or need a tail-lift delivery.
  • For an existing order, your order number.

Common questions we can answer quickly

  • Can I see a manifest? Where a manifest exists for a lot, we will send it. Unmanifested lots are marked as such on the listing.
  • Is this lot still available? Stock moves, so we confirm availability before payment is taken.
  • Can you deliver to my address? Tell us the postcode and any access limits, such as narrow streets, gates or height restrictions.
  • Do you sell truckloads? Yes, full and part truckloads are available Australia wide.
  • Do you ship outside Australia? Contact us about export lots.
