How buying a lot works

Liquidation is a margin business, so the useful information is the boring information. This is the whole process before you commit money.

  1. Step one

    Pick a lot

Each listing states the category, the condition grade and the item count where we have it. Where a manifest exists it is published in full on the product page.

  2. Step two

    We confirm it

Stock moves, so we check the lot is still on the floor and lock the freight booking before payment is taken.

  3. Step three

    Dispatch

It leaves our Western Sydney base with a trackable consignment number and a realistic delivery window.

  4. Step four

    Sort and resell

Most buyers move stock through eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, weekend markets or a bin store floor.

Freight is in the price

Freight on a pallet is a serious cost, and quoting it separately at checkout is how buyers end up with a margin that looked fine until the invoice arrived. The number on the listing is the number you pay.

  • Tail-lift delivery to ground level as standard, so no forklift is needed at your end.
  • Dock and forklift deliveries welcome, just tell us at order time.
  • Depot collection can be arranged if you would rather pick up.
  • Full and part truckloads delivered nationally, unloading agreed in advance.

Residential deliveries need reasonable truck access. Tell us about narrow streets, gates or height limits when you order, so the right vehicle is booked instead of a failed delivery.

Shop by category

Grouped by what the stock actually is, not by supplier branding, so you can compare like for like.

We publish the manifest, or we say there isn’t one

Where a lot arrives itemised, the full list goes on the product page: brand, model and retail reference, line by line. You price the lot yourself rather than taking our word for what is in it.

Where there is no manifest, the listing says so plainly. A contents list we cannot stand behind is worth less than an honest blank.

We do not publish resale estimates or revenue projections. What a lot returns depends on your channel, your pricing and your market, not on ours.

What the condition grades mean

The grade drives your sell-through rate and your write-off rate. These are the terms used on every listing, and what each one realistically means once the lot is open.

GradeWhat it isWhat to expect once it is open
Customer returnsStock a shopper sent back to the retailer.Mixed. Some items unopened, some returned for a real fault. Test electricals and price in a write-off rate.
OverstockSurplus that never reached a customer.Generally the cleanest grade. Usually new and sealed, though packaging can be shopworn or seasonally dated.
Shelf pullsRemoved from display during a range change. The product is typically fine, the box often is not. Suits buyers who sell on condition rather than packaging.
SalvageDamaged or incomplete stock.Priced for repairers and parts buyers. Do not buy it expecting working goods.
UnmanifestedSold by the lot with no itemised list.Cheapest way in, highest variance. Suitable once you can absorb a poor lot.

Read the buyer FAQ for manifests, testing, warranties and what happens if a lot arrives damaged.

Who buys from us

Online resellers

Sellers listing individually on eBay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplace, who need a predictable category mix rather than a lucky dip.

Bin stores and markets

Operators pricing a whole floor to a fixed weekly ticket, buying by the truckload and restocking on a cycle.

Retailers and trade buyers

Independent shops topping up a category, and exporters consolidating mixed goods for onward sale.

Not sure which lot suits your floor?

Tell us what you sell, the space you have and the budget you are working to, and we will point you at the lots worth your time rather than the ones we want to move.
